Spiderman Connected to MCU

That's smart. What do you do when Chris Evans contract is up though? He said he's retiring after that

If you borrow from the comics you could just make Sam Wilson the next captain America or in the use the black panther to fill that same kind of roll(Marvel exces in the past have said they feel like Captain America and black panther share a lot of the same traits)

When Captain America died, after Civil War, Bucky had Dr Strange sneak him into the helicarrier and he stole the shield and took on the role of Captain America. Any major character in Marvel could retire after their deal is done.

With Warmachine and Hulk we see Marvel isn't afraid to replace an actor

You're right but I feel Evans was a really good Steve. They laid the ground work for Bucky to take it up but just wouldn't feel the same

I've honestly never understood why Sony fights this connection. They stand to gain so much more from this sort of deal than Marvel does. Connecting the ASM franchise to the Avengers would keep it much more relevant for a much longer period of time and also likely make them a ton more money.

Plus, it'd be very easy to connect the two universes. There's nothing in the Spider-Man movies that contradicts anything we've seen in the MCU to this point. Obviously there's been no explicit connections made either, but you can watch the Spidey films and imagine them taking place within the established MCU easily.

I don't know how I missed this reply. People don't realize how young kids feel about characters being all white.

Like this:

Djimon Hounsou: I wanna begin saying a story about my son. I have a four-year old son who loves superheroes from Spider-Man to Iron Man to Batman. He’s got all the costumes. One day he looks at me and says ‘Dad, I want to be light-skinned  so I could be Spider-Man. Spider-Man has light skin.’  That was sort of a shock. This is why I am excited to be a part of the Marvel Universe, so I could be hopefully provide that diversity in the role of the superhero.

If you're asking who that is it would be:

Hounsou would have been a perfect Black Panther if he were a little younger.

I think the next phase of Marvel movies will defiantly include Black Panther and probably their first female lead superhero film. Ms. Marvel seems to be what people are saying

I don't really support recasting Garfield. While I think his Peter Parker could use a bit of work I think that he does a really great job as Spider-Man. I really can't think of any other actor who would do a better job either. Garfield is the least of the problems the franchise has.

speaking of the MCU reports are saying Benedict Cumberbatch is close to singing on to play Doctor strange.

Ooooohhh, that could be good.  I almost like him better as a villain though.

Hounsou would have been a perfect Black Panther if he were a little younger.

Would have loved Chiwetel Ejiofor in that role but Boseman is a little taller.

Do you know who the perfect Peter Parker is?
