I'm officially starting the Zeller/Vonleh/Maxiell backup big rotation bandwagon. Maxiell has looked better than Biz.

Great analysis there, was simply saying Noel's size/length is a huge advantage and a difference maker and is something that can't be taught.  Similar to KBs size being advantageous.

Difference is there are a lot more players of similar size/length at Noel's position.

Jason Maxiell's wingspan is the same as Noel's. And he can't even nail down a guaranteed contract. To make it in the NBA you need a lot more than that. Noel has the tools to be good, but he is still extremely raw.

Agree but the spacing with Stephenson-mkg-nerlens would be cringe-worthy.

Glad to see we're nailing down some interest on this forum. 11 pages on a preseason game against the worst team in the league that isn't televised is good. Hope it gets as lively as it was during the playoffs.
