Then you would have realized that he was complimenting Olsen, but then maybe this is an intelligence issue rather than a listening one. (why not both?)

 

Regardless, he wasn't perfect, but he's still relatively new and corrected mistakes that he made throughout the broadcast, something that even some of the tenured announcers fail to do on occasion.

I almost started a thread about how terrible he is a color commentator. But then I went about my life and forgot. Thanks for reminding me. Hope we don't have him on anymore of our games.

At one point he called Kelvin Benjamin Calvin Johnson. 

 

It won't be long before Calvin Johnson is being mistakenly called Kelvin.
