Cam thrives in the No huddle

Also when we get up on teams, it forces them to be more assertive and get away from the schemes that have been hurting us this season (screens and dump passes with runs mixed in). Our defenses is design to limit big plays and force turnovers when teams take chances. Seems like teams are using that dink and dunk strategy and taking their time with the ball because they know we are gonna do the same and there is no rush to score. It would be nice to switch it up and put more points on the board with urgency to force teams into a more assertive possessions so we can put the defense in position to make more plays.

Our defense has always been oriented at preventing big plays. It was good to notice how the defense never let the Bears drive up the field and whenever they were scored on it was after a short field from a turnover.

You dont hear pre game shows say teams need to keep the Panthers O off the field. They are pedestrian. But if you smartly know when to change the pace at the right time it can be an additional weapon. And a rested d can only do wonders.

Have not read the entire thread, but I think the biggest reason the no huddle is effective is it gives Cam a chance to read the defense.  It seems in the past Cam was more focused on starting motions and getting the snap before the clock expired than he was he defense.  Not sure about this, just a thought.

No huddle should be a major part of our offense and not something we just go too. Offense always looks better, even if it didn't get points, the flow is usually good.

The other team can't sub and it cant wear our defense out anymore than going three and out over and over.

When we don't use it, our offense is extremely inconsistent and looks below average. If we make the playoffs, imagine what will happen if it's not used
