Melvin White played well, shouldn't have been benched in the first place.

 

Part of it may have been to send a message to him. I've always thought Mel is better than Norman significantly but Mel was pretty bad against the Ravens.

I don't hate anyone. I don't think he can play CB bc each year when given a chance he proves he can't.

Today, 9 snaps. Only a couple of those were pass plays. His one pass at him was a 31 yard completion despite his PI.

But let's try to steer this from a discussion about Norman being garbage at CB and into one about me simply hating on him.

If we could insert and know the opponent would only call run plays I would be fine with him playing. We can't. Therefore there are better options at CB as starter

norman didn't play very well at all. very little PT, one target, one big completion. he made a pretty good tackle and got fuged up doing it.

Norman was making a solid play on a good RB (Forte) when he got hurt.

Norman has improved his tackling. I see why the coaches keep him around.

Even the PI wasn't that bad of a play a great 1 hand catch by Jeffery really brought attention to the arm holding.

he responded to your post expressing his counter point and you got mad about it. seems like you're worked up.

 

why not have a discussion about it like a normal human being? is it because you have zero facts to back up your opinions and don't feel like getting embarrassed?

Well when someone says player X had a good game.....and that player played in only 3 passing snaps as a CB and had a 31 yard comp on 3rd with PI on top of it I think you should be prepared for people to ask why you said it.

The other 2 passes were RB dump offs. That means the only pass they attempted while Norman was in to a WR was to Norman. The result was a huge play for Chicago.
