Look, he IS a rookie but goddammit was he horrible today. There's no excuse for his performance. He should have been benched. If your head isn't in the game, then don't play. Benjamin let our offense down when we needed him the most.

Everyone has a bad day, today was his turn. The most important thing is that we continued to play as a team and other players stepped up their play to help the team get a win...

Only thing I didn't care for is he showed no emotion on the Olsen GW TD, like he was more disappointed that he didn't get his TD.

 

I agree with others, it didn't seem like his head was in the game today. He needs to stay focused

He shouldn't have been benched and you're blowing it way out of proportion.  He had a bad game it happens.

 

Yeah I agree.  KB is getting a lot of attention from defenses and he really helps open things up for Olsen.

I don't. I think that he's beating himself up over his performance as I type. He'll regroup and play much more focused...

Speaking about Benjamin

 

I liked that hitch that Chicago threw to Jefferies in the flat he ran in for a TD with.

 

The Panthers should run a play like that for Benjamin.

 

He's  has long enough strides to make up quick yardage, and he's shifty as well.

Probably was feeling "full of himself" before the game. He was humbled, hopefully, and hopefully he'll grow because of it. Rookie of the Month doesn't mean it's going to automatically happen each week. If he didn't know, now he knows.

Bench him ... no. But he was horrible and thats unexpected and unacceptable. Almost cost us the game. He needs to learn from it, fix it and get ready for the Bengals. We need him for that game.

Only one thing could make a guy lose total focus and play like he did ........ a woman! Thats it, he must be having woman problems.

He had a drop problem in college and appears to still have it. One of the reasons why he dropped. 

 

Hopefully he can get that worked out. We need him to be steady out there.
