Which end zone for warm ups?

I'm getting ready to buy tickets for a Panthers game. My decision hinges on which end of the field the Panthers warm up on. If I'm standing on the Panthers side of the field at the 50 yard line, which end do they perform team warm ups? Thanks to anyone who can help me out with this!!!!

The end where they are introduced, south end I think?

According to the stadium map on the Panther's website, the sidelines and the north and south points of the stadium with the Panther's sideline being the south. End zones are east and west. So which side of the 50 yard line? East or west?

west, sun moves toward that end as the day goes on.

they warm up in front of the 100-106 sections. just thought this would make it easier for all to understand.

West- my seats are on the East side and I see the visitors warm up at my end of the field.
