Official Panthers - Bears Gameday Thread

I think if Shula would start calling a more efficient and short gameplan, with a couple of down-the-field plays mixed in, we'd be better off as a team and he'd get less hate on here overall.

It's the WTF calls that make us all doubt him. He's just too predictable at this point, and needs to get drives going with less run-run-pass-punt moments. He has called some good drives, but he's also called some drives that leaves everyone wondering what he's doing, including announcers, experts, and guys who breakdown the game tape. I think he'd be fine if he could just put some rhyme and reason into what he calls.

Shula calling that long developing route when the offense was on a 3rd and 3rd in the 4th quarter I believe also made me curse the guy's name. It was just bad

Utter and complete hogwash.  Shula called a great game today.  Offensive execution in the first half was non existent, our receivers couldn't hold on to the ball, our running backs were getting nothing and we had four balls batted down at the line of scrimage.  All before our offense had even scored a single point.  Yet we turned it around starting towards the end of the second half and put 24 points on the board.

He called a great game for MOST of the game.  HOWEVER, he went two straight series in the 4th when we needed to keep the ball moving with idiotic calls that could have cost us the game.  As long as he's making lunatic decisions like that at crucial moments, I don't care one bit how well he does the rest of the game.  We've seen this far too often to think a light bulb has finally brightened in Shula's head.  Even if it did, it was one of those new CFL things.

That goes to your defense. They allowed Cutler and the Bears to score 21 points.

The defense did not play well early.  However,  offensive turnovers had a little to do with some of those 21 points, especially the first 7.  Most NFL offenses are going to score when they get the ball already in fg position, as Chicago did after KB's fumble.

Please tell me you're joking... this team is DONE.

21 points in a quarter. Defense can't stop anyone. Offense can't get a first down. Our franchise QB is getting destroyed. Our team is mentally weak. Signed a bu ch of shitty ass stop gap players.

Our fat ass, pathetic GM continues to get a free pass from the huddle circlejerk because Hurney spent money lol... we are done.

Say Wuh!? :startle:

I feel just the opposite.  As long as the offense plays well at the end, and we win, I don't care if the offensive coordinator makes a few bad calls.
