These last couple of weeks have been tuff to be a Panthers' Fan. The Greg Hardy ordeal, all of our RBs injured, Anderson 

suspension,back to back loses that we were not even competitive, and to top it all off Steve Smith is bashing our franchise. Every

time I turn on the radio or the TV channel I hear his name or see his face !!!!!  The wheel is falling off the wagon fast !! Can

the Panthers turn this thing around ? Can Rivera right the ship ? We win a few games and maybe this crap will go away, just maybe !!   Whole Lot Of Hoopla  !!!!!!!!

Each week we've had some sort of issue that the media rather ask Rivera, Cam and other players about than the actual game.

Week 1: Cam's health

Week 2: Greg Hardy situation gets deactivated for game

Week 3: Greg Hardy is put on exempt list, national TV game.

Week 4: Steve Smith situation

And now this week, it's all about Steve Smith again. Rivera and Cam getting asked about things that have nothing to do with Chicago. Add Alexander's suspension into the mix plus the injury list that's bigger than usual.

This team went through alot of change during the offseason. Now this season is turning into a media circus and actual football is barely being discussed. Just alot to take in for a team who's core is pretty young

heh... This is what separates the real fans from the posers.   It's easy to love a team that everyone else loves.  I mean I have seen more Cowboy jerseys/hats in the last 3 weeks than I have seen in 3 years.

 

Hoopla is good for JR's pocketbook,  Hoopla is good for nationallly televised games.  Hoopla is even good for Zod's pockets. 

 

But you know what.... Hoopla doesn't make the diehards show up. 

 

Being a Panther fan is hard.   Being a Panther fan outside of the Carolinas is even harder.

 

That's why when everyone picks against us and we win feel so good.

 

If you haven't noticed people here feed off not getting the hoopla. 

 

Say a young QB is better than Cam?  Rabble Rabble

Say we aren't a playoff team? Pitchforks!!!

Say Luke isn't the best MLB in football? Break out the nails, superglue, razors, and salt.
