Move Short to DE?

Last year, all the talk was about our deep LB corps and how we were going to run 34 and 43 packages.

 

now might be the time to try out a few 34 sets since our 43 DE's have been hobbled

He's our best pass rushing DT, and with a rotation of Star, Edwards, and Cole we still have some real good DTs.

 

So why not try playing him some more at DE, and then can still move him back inside at times as well.

 

I'd much rather have Short on the field than Mario and Horton, and probably Ealy right now too
