McCown signed with the Dolphins as a free agent. He was traded to the Raiders from Detroit and his year at Oakland was the last year of that contract.

You would think that someone who is supposed to be a sports journalist would get their facts right.

Man, some of those responses at the bottom of article are dreadful. No wonder other fans thinks our fanbase sucks.

Yeah it sucks hardcore to pretty much be well informed about anything and then hear ignorance. I just keep my mouth shut when that talk starts because I know so much more I'll sound like a know-it-all. There are only 3 people I can talk to outside of here where I don't feel like I'm talking to a child.

Granted Moore doesn't have the experience that jake has, but I think if he gets a chance he'll do great & thanx to that contract extension (dumbass move) he'll get signed by someone else, and we'll get stuck with jake...or worse...another rodney peete.

McCown is the veteran who has proven he can handle a full season without tanking, so he gets the nod in my mind. Hell, he's surely an upgrade over the two-gloved trainwreck. I like Moore, but he's still a bit of a pet project. I'll enjoy watching him in the preseason though and he is no doubt one of the leagues better #3 QBs....Don't we get an award for that?

Not sure you're Huddle material at this point. That post was pretty obtuse and you've already exposed your aggression with only 10 posts...
