No, this isn't Panthers related...

Baker's hit was completely legal.  He didn't get fined for it. Which is tacit admission by the League that the penalty he got was BS. And iirc, he got ejected for fighting; not the hit.

He got ejected for fighting, the NFL ruled the play legal but the rule probably swings either way:

UNNECESSARY ROUGHNESS

unnecessarily running, diving into, cutting, or throwing the body against or on a player who (i) is out of
 the play or (ii) should not have reasonably anticipated such contact by an opponent, before or after
 the ball is dead; or throwing the runner to the ground after the ball is dead;

The Eagles Left Tackle got fined for defending his QB but man I wish our lineman would defend Cam. Obviously by blocking but also after they hit him after the whistle.

It's funny though Garapolo threw a touchdown and Brady couldn't even congratulate him on his first NFL touchdown.  Cam was a much better sport week 1. We all know what would have been the story if the opposite were true.

I don't get why people rag on Tom so much.  I mean look at the stats.  Despite all the adversity, he connected with our old friend Donald for dang near 120 yards and a TD!

Hey wait a minute.  LaFell with 120 and a TD even in a huge loss, SS with 140 and two TD's in a blowout (of US dammit). WTH is going on???
