DeAngelo says he's out for a few weeks with a high ankle sprain.

I'm really surprised he's out that long...

I've discussed before that I suffered a third degree ankle sprain (complete tear), and I didn't walk from the moment it happened until a month later. With the medical attention professional atheltes get, and seeing his initial reaction to it, I am REALLY surprised that he's out for a lengthy amount of time.

DeAngelo & Stewart are bitches & ripping off this team. Fat & happy counting money & using Carolina as a country club.

They both miss a month anytime somebody tackles them.

Yea DWill is such a B$tch, breaking down crying in a room full of about 300 people(there for his team raising over $40,000 for breast cancer awareness) myself included, talking about how frustrated he is with his body because of all the time he's missing this season that he dedicated to his Mom! Hate on DWill all you want, he's a true representation of what we should all strive to be! Believe me, if he could be out there he would! He was in a boot for gods sake! Sometimes it's bigger than X's and O's and what DWill has ment to me personally, this team, and the community as a whole vastly transcends the football field!

High ankle sprains easily leave the lower portions of your tibia and fibula connected to nothing. Not sure if that happened to DWill or not, but it is different from a normal ankle sprain, no matter how severe it is.
