What do you wear to a lunch interview?

Honestly, this is new to me.  It seems like a full suit would be overdressed.

 

smart business casual. also, brush up on your dining etiquette and at least appear like you've got some class. Manners are important and you can tell a lot about people by watching them eat.

Engineer here. I say wear a suit and hang the jacket on your chair. As a PM you will be less engineer and more manager. You gotta show them your ready for it, and dress for that role.

No such thing as a short-sleeved dress shirt.  I know you have a pocket protector, but don't go with a short sleeved anything.  Roll up your dress shirt sleeves and tear into that BBQ.....no napkin.
