Since we're being positive, I'll post something finally. I've noticed that Cam has improved a lot as a pocket passer. His throws have been much better when he has had the time (and playcall) to stand in and deliver. Whenever he gets his mobility back with him he's going to be scary. He was so good last year, and he has gotten much better as a passer. It's truly exciting how good he looks.

in the beginning of the steelers game he was looking like Tom Brady just throwing dots, then the o line starting getting destroyed and, well...

I currently disagree with the assessment by the OP regarding our D Line being one of the best.  Hardy is gone and suddenly CJ looks like he is not the player he once was.  Ealy has not proven anything yet.  This might end up being a weakness over night.  I agree with most everything else though.

CJ is battling a hip injury that explains what's been up

The fact that Jacksonville didn't even make this list proves they've got it the worst.

Let's take a look at the bright side of this Carolina Panthers team instead of moping around over our 2 blowout losses we've suffered consecutively.

Even if this Carolina team we know and love ends up having a horrible season we have so many pieces working for us & few enough needs that they could be filled in only 1 offseason.

The positives:

-We have Cam Newton who is arguably the leagues best quarterback 25 or younger and in my opinion is.

-Kelvin Benjamin is looking like he will be a dominant WR for years and years to come for our franchise QB Newton.

- Greg Olsen, no explanation needed

- Our Defensive line is still one of the leagues best, we now know Charles johnson has been playing with injury and star and KK are both beasts, young, and only getting better.

The Negatives:

- Secondary. No explanation needed other than we have a bunch of cheap FAs who are cheap for are reason (lack of skill/productivity)

-OT we have poor Offensive tackles and that's the most obvious and biggest problem on this team. You don't win games without winning in the trenches.

- Hardy will probably not be back

-Running back, we have past their prime overpaid injury prone backs

The bright side:

- This Year's draft is loaded with prospects at the offensive tackle position. Multiple with top 10 draft grades we could have a chance at snagging if the season stays sour. Free agency is also an option.

- With hardy exiting, we can probably develop ealy into a starter which I would be I'm favor of. He should be able to do well opposite a healthy CJ and with our monstrous young DTs.

-Running Back is the one position I am not too sure about that we could fill too easily, we could try and get one in the 2nd round because there are a couple good prospects and running backs with 1st round talent haven't gone in the 1st round in recent years.

-DB this is the one that is just horrible but I believe if we sign some FAs or draft some young players in a deeper class than usual we can suffice with them similar to last year if our front 7 can stay healthy next year they can continue to mask the DBs deficiencies.

The future is bright.

We are not far from greatness.

We are young and only getting better.

Keep Pounding.

Everyone is quick to point out how bad our OTs are.....

Yet our Gs are just as bad.

our guards will probably play better alongside solid tackles

If we sandwich them inbetween Pro Bowlers....yeah, they would look better. But they stink.

If we had good Gs and our current OTs.....our O would look much better
