it really is time, come 2015, to do what needs to be done to put bodies in pads who can do more than be on an exercise bike.

 

Nothing good comes of a RB over 28 or one that is has been injured more than he has played and came out of college with an

anatomical issue.

 

For the love god, cut them, take the hit, to cap, just do it and draft backs in the 3rd to 5th round or pick up someone cheap to fill in.

 

I have seen enough of the Dwill, J-stew, and Tugboat (another one terribly out of shape) who I believe we extended.

 

Should have been this year. 

 

Other teams manage to be competitive with salary cap issues, but, not our Panthers, no siree bob.

Upon seeing the preview before entering the forum all I saw was, "Rivera: Team Will Look For..."

 

I was disappointed to click on the forum and not see, "...Completely new professional-grade offensive line, new offensive coordinator, new starting safety unit, Hardy to return, better #2-4 WRs with speed, oh, and some new durable RBs at a fraction of the cost."

I said this in another thread... I'm less worried about actual rushing than I am pass protecting.  This line is bad enough that having an inexperienced RB back there picking up blitzes is likely to get Cam killed.

Yeah, you bring in whoever the best pass blocking running back is. Reaves looked lost in this department yesterday. Pretty sad its come to this point though, instead of fixing the OL you're going to bring in ANOTHER RB to help try bail out your crappy OL.
