I think a guy like Michael Bush would be ideal. Hell, he found success in Oakland...he's gotta be able to do something behind out line.

I agree.  Not gonna happen this season though.  I think they are just trying to keep their head above water for now.  I want to be so wrong, but I think this season is going to be painful to watch from here on out.
