Of course fuging not. Which is why they need to bench his ass. This is the RGIII situation all over again. Either sit him and admit he's hurt, or play him with no limitations. There is no in-between.

      Lower floors than AR coming out, or lower floors than AR now?  Are you counting that he has proven to be a productive goal line back?  AR as a prospect had just about the lowest floor you can possibly have.  Probably the same as Milroe.  Dart's floor looks a lot closer to backup QB to me, but the issue is that his ceiling doesn't look too far from that either. It's crazy that teams are drafting scratch off lottery tickets at QB with 1st round picks.
