Lost all faith in mgmt of this team

Scapegoating doesn't nothing for me.

DG went into this season with this OL and D. Nothing going down is a surprise.

He bet on Cam being Superman and the front having back to back seasons where everyone stayed healthy all season. You don't get that lucky in the NFL outside of one season. He isn't building compete teams on either side of the ball.

I don't see it as scapegoating. I see sticking with what we have though as being bullheaded. We are going to have a losing season right now with our current team. Why keep things the same?

You aren't going to solve our OL issues or how our D is built with any moves at this point in a season...

It's a long season and the team will improve but Gettleman has been exposed.

I suppose you are a such genius that you could find great players for the OL,DB's and WR position, when we are currently in cap hell and have Cam,Luke and other core players contracts that will soon be coming up. Gettleman has done what he's had to do by going the cheap route presently, while looking out for the long term future of the team..

The cap is no excuse. We had plenty to help our weaknesses. We decided to piss most of it away when we tagged Hardy. The cap excuse just doesn't fly.

I think a move at OC and LT would really help the offense.

We still are left with bad G play and RT play....

It isn't like our issues is just Bell sucking.

Okay, fire Shula and then what? Have a guy take over and try to run an offense with no OL, no traditional rush? He will suck too.

When there is no hope, something has to be done to show you still care. We are at the very bottom of hope right now. The franchise needs something. Anything.

A better OC could help mask our weakness at oline at least a little bit. We should try to find one because what we have now isn't the answer.

I hate having to defend a GM but I'm astonished at the amount of people here who ignore our cap situation. The man is literally working with both hands tied behind his back. Is it his fault that:

Our expensive trio of running backs are on the injured list

Our big money DE is non existent

Our other big money DE is a dumbass who associates with coke headed women

Our QB is a shell of himself due to injury

Our team makes back breaking mental errors (off sides on a fg, dropping a punt, and 12 men on the field)

I don't agree with every move the man has made but it's not like he inherited a wonderful setup here when he started.

I think the front office and staff lost this team when they bowed to the pressure on Hardy. They showed them right then and there that their organization wouldn't stand up for them when push came to shove. We held it together for one week when we announced hours before the game that he wouldn't play, but the wheel have fallen off since then.

We all know the Panthers won't be a legitimate winner until somebody other than Jerry Richardson is owning the team.

You know the Panthers would not even be in Charlotte if not for Richardson. Sheesh.....just when I think you couldn't be any dumber, you say something like this and totally redeem yourself.

Do something purely as a we are making a move just so we can claim we tried something?

Four weeks into last season....how did you feel? Should we of done that then? If not, why now and not then

I don't know how you mask anything with this OL. Even if Shula wanted to go pass heavily this OL makes it presently to dangerous with Cam's current condition with the line being so bad. Bc that is the only option IMO a OC has
