i'm starting to think last season was an anomaly.

It's looking like it. But even with good seasons, teams improve their roster. DG didn't. He saw our record and was like "we're good" and rolled with what we had on the line and kept Shula at OC. Then did a poor job putting together a safety group.

This is what Smitty looks like playing on a real offense...he's been playing here with bullshit QBs, OCs, and coaches for so long. Just imagine Smitty playing with a QB even better than some Joe Flacco....

 

This also shows you that it wasn't Smitty that was slowing down it was just our shitty offense making everyone look worse than they should.

 

But the Panthers want to be a conservative play to not lose team....and will never win a SB playing with this way.
