i agree with you. but they need to get rid of the types of games like last week and the Saints game in New Orleans last year. until they do, there will always be naysayers. i understand losses happen, but a team isnt elite until they stop allowing blowouts at home on national primetime television

Im sorry but I just have to say something, sure we have had bad prime time games but people act as though we can never win in prime time. We beat the Bucs and the Patriots both in prime time last year and at San Fran in a 4:25 pm game. We got beat bad by the Cardinals when it wasnt prime time and the Saints are unstoppable in that place on prime time, I bet the Broncos wouldnt even win at the dome in prime time.

That new england game last year is as prime time as it gets and we won. Teams lose game, this whole "prime time curse" thing is stupid

Rivera said the team hasn't decided on whether to activate Tauren Poole to the active roster.

LB Thomas Davis and RB Jonathan Stewart are questionable. Davis looked "really good" today. Stewart more of a long shot. Gameday decisions

So basically, Jonathan Stewart tried to come back today but he's not ready.

Rivera said he doesn't want to rush Thomas Davis back too quickly. Wants to make sure he is "fluid" and ready to go.

Rivera says he feels "pretty good" about Davis' chances to play.

Rivera thinks Davis will be able to play, but if #Panthers do have to hold him out: “It might be a conversation I would dread having.”

WR Jerricho Cotchery listed probable. Missed last week's game with hamstring injury.

Ron Rivera says he was "pissed off" about Steelers' loss for 3 days; now he's ready to correct mistakes and improve from it.

Ron Rivera says there is an explosiveness to Philly Brown's ability. So sounds like team will overlook that fumble last week

.Rivera says way too much has been made about Steve Smith for Sunday's game. "End of the day, it's us against them.'' #Panthers

Recapping #Panthers injuries:

RB Whittaker and OL Williams doubtful;

RB Davis and LB Stewart questionable,though Stewart more like doubtful.

thomas Davis (hip) and Jonathan stewart (knee) are questionable for panthers, game-time decisions

“I’ll always be grateful for Steve because he’s one of the guys who helped me get to where I am today.” - Rivera

Ron Rivera says he's grateful  for Steve Smith and how he helped the Panthers go 12-4 last year. Said they have exchanged texts at times.
