Just goes to show you what a good offensive scheme can do. The Giants O-line (Offense for that matter) literally looked worse than ours last year, but they bring in Ben McAdoo and now look at them. They are starting to buy into that West Coast offense and look damn good on offense now. That is what we need.

Hoping we bring out the two tight end set this week to better protect Cam and run the ball with more success.

KB, Cotchery, Olsen and Dickson with Williams being the next man up for our tight ends sound good to me.

I can't understand why we can't just give him some burn during a real game and see what results are yielded.

This. Seems we never reward our young players that show flashes & make little to no mistakes in the preseason. I understand that caution is the reason to just go with veterans, but damn.

The reason why they are yet to play Williams to any significant degree, is because they are afraid he will look good out there.  They are afraid of success apparently.

Not much defense to pick up when u line up against a guy with an 8" advantage.

i think we are trying to keep the Vets in there until cam gets healthy, and we get some reps with him and KB. They dont want every option other than Olsen to be inexperienced.  I think if things continue to develop quickly for KB and Cam, yo could see some other high risk/reward guys rotated in. We also want the more trusted blocker now with cam having to stay in the pocket. I think we will see some of the other guys in a few weeks.

I have a question. Can he block well enough, pick up coverages, and is he versatile enough to play some of Tolberts role as lead blocker, pass blocker, and pass catcher out of the back field?

 

Does not matter.....I put him in on my Madden team and he was fuging awesome.  Therefore , it is Shula's fault.
