I remembered him being cut this offseason.  Forgot they signed him back after some guys got injured.

I dont get the love for Seastrunk. When he was at Oregon he struggled to pick up the offense, which is all of about a half dozen plays. He sucks at pass protection and cant run between the tackles. Sounds a lot like a former Duck RB we just let go...

What's Tyrell Suttun up to?

 Plays CFL for the Montreal Alouttes. He was a pretty good running back, who could also play fullback in a pinch as well (undersized FB 5'8", 213lbs)

Ron confirmed the move from Seastrunk to Poole was because they got concerned with Stew and Tolbert both going down + Poole's previous knowledge with their system. They liked Seastrunk as a player but their system now is if they need to call up another RB that Seastrunk wouldn't know the system in time.

Guarantee it has more to do with Poole being familiar with the offense than anything seastrunk did or didn't do in practice...also expect lache to be picked back up if he's available once our RBs aren't on the verge if death
