ok none of the articles cited say anything about his hand eye coordination which is being pointed out in these action shots lol... i never said he doesnt need development hell yea he do but NY was the wrong place for that they have no patients... Ricky is a great coach but these action shot these forensic scientist are collecting arnt proving that..... its simply reaching...

they aren't talking about his hand/eye coordination. they (those in this thread) are talking about his focus and where his eyes are, which is very different. he isn't watching the ball come into his hands. he's watching the QB or something else. it's in incredibly apparent in that 'before' pic that his eyes aren't on the ball. it's something that he has to train himself to do that proehl is helping him with, and one of several areas that he needs help on and we have to assume proehl is working with him on them.

What track record does proehl have? sorry to be the pessimist but who has he turned around exactly? where is this league wide respect? are you guys just assuming it? sorry i just dont see where people praise him other than panther fans who are just regurgitating what other panther fans are saying.
