Get ready to hear Harbaugh to Michigan rumors for the rest of the season

rumors are also getting strong the Dolphins want him to replace Joe Philbin. Miami has a Kaepernick-like QB and a strong front 7 on D. The guy CBS Sports radio had on last night said it's a lot about money, and that the 49ers don't think he is worth the salary he is demanding. Guy doesn’t think he wants to go to Michigan to deal with recruiting or coaching boys, thinks he wants to coach men. Said Dolphins and several other NFL teams are interested in paying him what he wants

Ironically, the Dolphins are owned by a multi-billionaire who graduated from Michigan, and is the biggest donor in Michigan history, having donated some $313 million to Michigan. The Michigan school of business is named for him and Michigan is naming their athletics campus after him

If he goes to the Dolphins he's going to fail. He came into an AMAZING situation in San Francisco. For years before Jim went there people were talking about how talented they were but they couldn't for some reason put it all together. I'm not saying Harbaugh isn't a talented coach, but I don't think he's going to be nearly as successful when he isn't coaching a squad full of studs.

There are no words adequate to describe just how hard I would laugh if this happens

The 49er fan meltdown would be epic.

the thing is that Harbaugh doesn't have much support on 49er forums. Remember, he had some of the most talented teams in football, went to three straight NFC Championships, but failed to win a Super Bowl. The people sticking up for him argue he's a grade B coach, good but not great, but that he is better than what the 49ers had before in Singletary, Nolan and Erickson. The people who want him gone think the 49ers are so talented they deserve a better coach, saying things like:

Dennis Erickson could have won a Superbowl atleast once over the last 3 seaons with the roster we've had.... I'm totally fine watching him leave, and good riddance. The black cloud hes put on the franchise is unsettling. He basically encourages immature behavior.

What receivers and DB's have we developed under Harbaugh? Where is his leadership as HC in times of crisis like these? All the flags and arrests... and terrible with our media!

an average coach could have taken this team and won atleast 1 superbowl in the past 3 seasons with the rosters Baalke and co. have/had assembled. Harbaugh had everything layed out for him when he got here. He had an ideal situation, and blew it. Now that talent is older, injured, suspended, fading, or even on another team. Whats worse is we are in the eye of the storm and Harbaugh has no answers, and clearly lacks leadership. He is mainly responsible for this collapse. It really is a lack of focus, dedication and discipline

I just can't see Harbaugh working out unless he wins the Super Bowl this year or at least get back to the NFCCG. If you still believe that will happen given our current struggles, then there might still be a glimmer of hope.

Come again?

Tannehill is a dual-threat young QB that needs to improve as a pocket passer like Kaepernick. Like the 49ers, the Dolphins run the read-option to take advantage of Tannehill's mobility. After all, he played wideout at Texas A&M before converting to quarterback for the final 19 games of his collegiate career. Unlike Kaepernick, Tannehill doesn't have the talent around him that the 49ers have

Now that's interesting to hear.
