50% Steeler fans running their mouth

40% Panther fans trashing Cam

10% random team fans saying Cam is an elite QB & Panther fans bashing him are morons

To me, the 40% Panther fans trashing Cam is the saddest part of all this. This is why Cam has his defenders on here.

It's always funny when you got guys on here who try to call out said Cam defenders. It's funny, because most of the ones who they throw that claim at, have been on this board and have been Panther fans for years. Way before Cam even got here. Even had a guy on here try to say those who like Cam were like a cult. A cult following like Vick. Like wtf is that supposed to mean? Most everybody out here has a favorite player. And most QBs out there have huge followings. I'm sure the Peyton Manning's or Tom Brady's have tons of fans. Probably much more than Vick has/had. But it's what I expect from a good portion of Carolina fans.

WFNZ knows that giving morons a public forum to stir the pot and gloat will rile up the Panthers fans and load their lines. It's very similar to what they do when UNC loses (especially if they lose in basketball) or whenever some moron throws out baseless accusations about academics at UNC. Front page material.

 

Just listen to what's going on today. ECU hands UNC maybe it's most embarrassing loss in the history of the school and there's not much talk about the Pirates. The story is how bad UNC's defense is.

Yeah if WFNZ won't keep the idiots off the line then I don't listen. Maybe they think that is good for their show but I think it's a major turn off.

 

This past week the radio talent (and I use the word talent very lightly when discussing WFNZ) has been pumping up the fans about not selling tickets to Steelers fans, representing Charlotte, making Charlotte a better sports town and more emphasis being placed on the Panthers, etc....the very next commercial is an ad by WFNZ on which bars are Steelers bars, Jets bars, Browns bars etc

To me, the 40% Panther fans trashing Cam is the saddest part of all this.

It's called ESPN. ESPN has conditioned them to believe that every win or loss is a referendum on the QB. Same as with the political media, where everything is the President's fault, as if Congress and the SCOTUS work "for" the President instead of on their own.
