Everyone should be in there mass-media bomb shelter like me for the next 24-48 hours (Carolina Huddle is the exception of course).

 

No FB, twitter, ESPN, sports radio, print, etc.  I may not even leave the house.

I don't listen to WFNZ much, but do on Monday's after games and during the week during Panthers season.  

 

I turned it off this morning  after listing for five minutes, because all I heard was Steeler fans calling in and saying how much the Panthers suck.   Just turned on the station again and it was another Steeler fan.  He was not as bad, and actually said something positive things about the Panthers.... BUT  the radio station does not have to put all them through and any of them for that matter.  The last thing we want to hear, especially those of us who heard it personally at the stadium all last night,... is to put on the local radio and hear all of them again.

"Woohoo Steelers baby!!! Haha!!! Carolina sucks!!!"

Caller 2-

"Cam Newton is a horrible leader!!!"

Caller 3-

"Steelers Nation!!! We turned BOA into Heinz South, took over your stadium, and spanked that ass up and down the field!!!" Oh, and how about those Blue Devils!!! UNC sucks!!!

Caller 4-

"Cam Newton just isn't cutting it!!! We just got blown out on national tv and he played like crap!!!"

Caller 5-

"Steelers!!! We came in like we always do and punched those kitties right in the mouth!!! That's how a real team plays!!! Showed everyone why Carolina is Steeler Nation!!!"

Caller 6-

"How long is everyone gonna give Cam Newton a pass!!! He played like crap!!! I'm sick and tired of Cam still not knowing how to read a defense, overthrowing WRs, acting like a child on the sideline, and acting like a baby!!! He needs to go!!!"

People on this board give them hell, but those two are needed. Cam is treated and judged unfairly. Now, I know he's the QB-he's going to be judged a little more harshly than other players-but it makes no sense how hard a lot of these people are on Cam.

I'm cozy in my shelter. I literally don't turn on my tv, shut down my phone, or go to any sports sites after a loss like this. I mellow the fug out and think about something else for the whole week. You can't get mad if you don't read it, right?
