A nice big bowl of sanity

Ok, can the "fire everyone" threads stop?  You got it out of your system, I get it, it needs to happen.  I got drunk off my ass, this loss hurt on many different levels.  Many mistakes were made we can all agree on that, the Pitt came to play a football game and the Panthers looked like a deer in headlights.  This team took a pretty big blow this past week.  A franchise defensive player is gone, he was one of the anchors.  This factored in with several key players out initiated the perfect storm.

RR probably spent alot of time dealing with the GH issue. He was outcoached last night.  Our defense played awful, a defense that has quite a bit of pride.  They were embarrassed in their own house.  I KNOW THIS SUCKS but I do see a bright side to this.  This team isn't the team of Panther past.  They have pride and a desire to be the best.  Last night, there was no 'exposing' taking place, we just got our asses kicked.  Call it, a reality check, call it a come back down to earth.

People did not do their jobs last night, people were lazy last night. This will all be corrected, this will be addressed.  Can we all take a collective step back and affirm that we have a pretty damn good team, a good team that got beat by a team that wanted it more. The errors that were made were mental errors and had nothing to do with skill sets.  Mental errors, think about it, this team has been distracted.  The coaching staff must and I believe will, correct this.

Enjoy your Monday.

I believe losing last night was a good thing for the team.  The media circus will finally leave the team alone.  It was a shot back to reality and showed the team there is a lot to work on if they want to be champions.  Another tough game is up next and the team will need all of its focus on the field.  I trust Rivera to not take Baltimore lightly.
