Chandler is not a road grader. Roadgraders are 325+ pounds. 

It isn't just their weight but the way they are built and how they are proportioned.  He was a defensive tackle out of college. Run blocking requires more of an aggressive streak than pass blocking which is more reactionary.  Defensive players are typically more aggressive than offensive players and the best run blockers are aggressive players.

 

And let be real here, 10 lbs when you are over 300 lbs is a weekly fluctuation not something that determines if you are a road grader or not.
