Soon, Pitt is going to sit back until we can prove we can run the ball. If Stewart can't do it then give it to Tolbert, if Tolbert can't do it then give it to Reaves.

 

Regardless, we have to get the run game going.

Call some quick plays in the no huddle to get the offense in rhythm. Defensively focus in on the friggin flats and make Ben actually wait in the pocket under pressure while his WRs get open.

I certainly am not going to convince those who blame Shula as the sole reason for our offensive problems that its on the players anymore than I am going to convince a true blue Democrat that Republicans are better and the way to go.  By the way this is not a political statement.  Screw politics.  This is a football board.  I am just giving an analogy so dont start with the Obama hate or love.  Just saying those who have made up their mind have made up their mine and I have made up mine that it is not all on Shula.  He does things to piss me off sometimes like the 20 yard post routes on 3rd and 1, but tonight, I don't think its on him.  For our collective sake, lets hope that their is some adjustments going into the 2nd half.  Yes, we can disagree and still be fans of the same team.
