What the hell happened to our run defense

 

Not much they can do when they are being held on literally every single play. Go back and look at that replay, if you can. I saw at least four holds that helped spring Blount for another big gain.

 

66 grabbed 92 by the shirt, pulled him right, then readjusted his hands to be legal.

72 has his arm around KK's throat for another hold.

83 is grabbing shirt at the chest of 67 and pulling him from the hole created.

68 grabbing Keek by the pads and yanking him back.

 

And those are the ones I saw.. as an average at best fan at home. I understand a little bit of holding goes on during games, but it's amazing how much they are allowed to get away with.

To all you asshats saying Cam shouldn't be in there and that DA should be starting, you're simply the worst fans. No running game. O-line can't protect. Philly Brown has 7 receptions... And the defense can't get enough rest because the offense can't sustain a balanced drive.

Some thoughts/musings/questions:

 

-What the hell do we do about the O-Line?

 

-13 million dollars that could go to a real punt returner and WR (Ted Ginn) and/or a reliable CB (Captain Munnerlyn) or a powerful safety (Mike Mitchell) or offensive lineman is now sitting at home, leaving us with no pass rush.

 

-What did we do to deserve these injuries?
