DeAngelo Williams, Jason Avant, Jericho Cotchery questionable for Sunday

A lot of our guys were put down as questionable last year and still played. I wouldn't be too worried.

As a fan, I hate the wishy-washy aspect of "Questionable". Now we have to wait all damm day to find out whether they play or not. I like "Probable", or "Doubtful" better. At least you know one way or the other.

Questionable just means game time decision. If they can they will. If they can't they won't. But I still hate it.

i believe gettleman meant it when he was talking about improving the bottom half of the roster.

Hes only 41?! Why did he retire so young? I didnt become a hardcore follower of the Panthers until 2010

 

He retired at 36 years old.  I think that is a fairly normal age for an good NFL wide receiver to retire.

as long as kb and olsen are in it isn't disastrous

 

yea so far those two guys have pretty much carried our offense. Avant has had some great catches too. i really hope he can go. more than anything i hope we can get our running game going tonight. this offense would be lethal if we could just get enough holes for our backs to escape through.

Big difference in starting a QB that you just signed and activating a #3 or #4 WR that could possibly see some situational playing time.

Making the comparison is completely ridiculous at best.

 

Not knowing the playbook is not knowing the playbook.  Shouldn't seem so ridiculous to anyone that knows football.
