Wow. It hasn't been much more than a year since he was brought back as a Hornets' legend. Looks like another case of an athlete who didn't manage his money and apparently didn't have much In the way of post basketball skills.

Chapman has battled alcohol, drug, & gambling addiction for decades. He lost his wife and kids years ago. I guess he's finally completely dried up.
