I know it was only one reception but Bersin looked quick and his catch was very solid.

 

What I really like was he knew where the first down was and got it.   NEXT MAN UP.

one of the funniest things i see regularly in the huddle (and i guess every forum has them) are those people who feel it necessary to tell people to "tap the brakes" when they show a little bit of enthusiasm over a player or the team. and then in an effort to show just how much more "level-headed" they are, they blow comments way out of proportion.

"i'm excited to see what bersin can do this week" garners the response "WHOA! tap the brakes you bunch of homers. let's see the guy perform before we put him in the HoF, guys!"

where would humanity be without those clear minded individuals who rescue us daily from the dangers of a little bit of enthusiasm and optimism?

I mean the guy didnt even engage him. He was running free at Cam which was pretty much the norm last night and he gently bumped into Bersin and Brenton went twirling and hobbling like he got shot in the face

He did not get blown, he chip shot the Pittsburgh defender so Cam would have not been killed on that play.

The guy that hit him is 262lbs. Find me a receiver that wouldn't get knocked off his route if he's hit by that guy. You would think he was pancaked by a 180lb corner the way you guys are ripping him.

this is backwards logic- if he doesn't get hit- he's open and Cam passes to him for the first down

Dickson has played 41 snaps in two games.  That's about 33% of the time for a team that played a 3rd WR 50% of the time. 

So they're running a 2nd TE in applicable situations a majority of the time. 

 

is that like 60% of the time it works every time?

The defender made a good play.  Whether it was planned or not there was no way Bersin was getting through that mess.   Blame it on the Right Side for letting that guy get through and disrupting the play.

 

Blaming Bersin is absolutely insane.
