I do feel bad for the Bucs, because they went out and got a "name" coach instead of a good coach, just like we did with Seiffert.  That almost never works in the NFL. 

 

I also feel contempt for the Falcons.  When you're beating down someone that bad, you go to the running game and eat up clock.  You don't chuck bombs.  That kind of crap has karma attached to it, and I can't wait until it comes back to haunt them.

 

I only agree with you because it lead to Matt Ryan getting more fantasy points and I'm up against him this week.

I thought last year the Bucs were the 2010 Panthers. Lame duck coach they stopped playing for, cut a lot of their vets, etc. Lovie was supposed to be their Rivera who came in and rebuilt the team. Instead he has shown he has no idea what he's doing thus far.

 

The Bucs made a big splash in the offseason and this was supposed to be their year to beat us 49-27 like Prisco predicted. The 2010 Panthers were a gutted team playing for the lockout.

this is why i have slight mercy on them... also they are the least hated team in the nfcs... the other two MUST get destroyed if not by us then somebody. Tampa is different from us because they haven't found the right coach/gm... to be honest ATL has not either. they are running on talent fumes at 3 positions

Alright, the bucs have an awful QB situation like we did in 2010 but I don't remember anybody feeling sorry for carolina when they were blowing us out every week that year.

When the steelers played us was the last time they looked anything like Super Bowl contenders (they lost that year to the packers), and they just steamrolled over us quietly like it was just another day at the office, and this week the only thing the steelers have to brag about is their fan support in the carolinas.
