Leave your Hardy jerseys at home

It's conceivable the team might turn people with Hardy jerseys away.

Kinda doubt it, though.  There's been no word of any such thing.

Then they better turn everyone with a steeler jersey away too.

(neither will happen, just saying)

You have no more evidence of her being a crack ***** than you have of Hardy assaulting her.

You don't, I don't, no one does but her and Hardy. The upcoming trial will bear out everything to the jury during the discovery process. Until that time everything is pure speculation. So come on down from that judgemental pulpit and join us commonplace folk. It's nice here.

She actually admitted to doing cocaine. Crack is cheap, cocaine is not and you see the divide in the users usually based on income. Two different drugs, but still the same variant of devient behavior.

How dare we support our player until he's proven guilty by a jury.

outrageous. Lets show we all will give in to public pressure and be just like the great commissioner of the NFL himself.

why don't we just show the world we can beat the steelers that is all I am worried about.who cares what someone is wearing?

Please go back and read the MANY threads on Hardy .. It has been repeated MANY MANY times, that in the state of NC a bench trial on misdemeanor charges is null and void if the person requests a trial by jury.

Since you say he was found guilty. please show me the record of Greg Hardy were it has a conviction of DV on it.

You do not live in NC and have to go through the crazy laws we have.

It amazes me how many people think this is a felony which goes through a different process.

Let me spell this out again for the uninformed who rely on ESPN and Peter King for their facts.

A misdemeanor is defined as a "lesser crime".

These LESSER CRIMES go to a bench trial because there are so many LESSER CRIMES that you cannot jury trial all of them.

The bench trial is done to weed out the people who are guilty and agree to it.

The guilty verdict is NEVER set in stone in a bench trial unless the defendant agrees to a guilty verdict.

GUILTY verdicts are NEVER passed by the COURT SYSTEM at a bench trial unless it is agreed to by the defendant or if the higher courts do not approve a jury trial.

One judge is not greater than the court system or the higher courts.

When a jury trial is approved it means MORE IMPORTANT judges have overruled the LESSER JUDGES ruling so it can go to a jury trial.

So, when you put these simple facts together and use general logic you come to this...

The guilty verdict held no weight because the higher court poo'd on the reasoning behind the lesser judges reasoning. That is the only way you get a jury trial after a bench trial for a MISDEMEANOR charge. They do not just give them to anybody.

So, that guilty verdict you put so much weight on was tossed out by a higher court and no longer exists. Your argument essentially is based on a big pile of nothing.

Checks and balances. Checks and balances. But I do not expect people who value their self righteous views and arguments over the Bill of Rights while still being a proud American to understand how you actually get to a guilty verdict.

Do you have evidence of it? I don't. That's what matters in court.

Out of respect for Richardson? Are you that fuging blind to realize that he only caved when the media came for Hardy's head?!?

Meanwhile, J.R. is gathering support for a COWARD commissioner who refuses to talk to the media.

You've got that right. The fact that the commissioner is hiding is ridiculous. If he's avoiding leading and being public because sh*t may hit the fan again, he should be fired. These incidents he caused to blow up further than what would've happened are preventing someone from actually being a league commissioner.

What I do know is this, many here have repeatedly used the crack argument to discredit the accuser's claims of DV.

Greg either had an extended intimate relationship with a drug addict... or... his accuser is not a crack addict, lending even more credence to her claims of DV.

Many here want to ignore the findings of the court. That is understandable since Greg is appealing the findings. However, a supposedly impartial legal expert was tasked to review all the relevant evidence and determine Hardy's innocence or guilt. For those awaiting a legal resolution, the findings of the judge don't provide any credence to Greg's claims of innocence.

Ok, let's ignore the judge's findings. Do the Panthers/NFL even require a guilty judgment to prevent Hardy from playing for the team? Apparently not.

As a Panthers fan, I hope things work out for Greg and he is found innocent of all charges. Until then, hopefully he utilizes this additional free time wisely, implementing some life changes to preclude any more unfortunate incidents like this from occurring in the future.

Greg is the captain of his own destiny. A course correction is in order.

Mr. Richardson sure didn't have a problem with him playing Game 1. Doubt he has a problem with him playing now. Look Greg not playing has 0 to do with this organization. If that was the case he wouldn't have never played week 1.

Neither you, nor I, or anyone know what Mr. Rochardson felt or feels.

All I know is the team that I care about that I spend money to support is a public embarrassment of one dumb poo

Hardy is old enough to know better. He put himself in one stupid, immature position and 51 other of his team mates and the one organization that took a chance on him
