I'm hoping this is good. I loved the Conjuring, personally. Had enough creepy vibe for me. Sinister was great as well.

I really want a truly original idea in the horror genre though. In any genre, it's tough to be original (since so many movies and plays have been written at this point), but I am REALLY getting tired of every horror movie being cheesy or shaky, hand-held camera footage with bad actors.

The 'found footage' stuff is way overdone at this point.

 

Most of the best horror movies of the past decade were, in my opinion, the remakes of Japanese flicks.
