So who gets the roster spot?

If Fozzy went on IR, we'd actually have two spots available.

But then in a couple of weeks, you have to cut somebody when frank Alexander's suspension ends.

I was assuming Fozzy went to IR.

If not we basically have one available roster spot for two weeks correct?

I thought maybe we would have another roster spot open up when Hardy was placed on the exemption list. Am I wrong ?

Prolly come down to who can play special teams best. Fozzy plays ST, and I'm sure the DEs behind Hardy do, too.

 

Fozzy not out for sure, tho. Just need a ST body to take the reps Addison, Horton, and Ealy were getting on ST.

Does the change in the league drug policy have any effect on Alexander's suspension?

 

New policy has no effect on Alexander's suspension. He's still out until after the Baltimore game.

Lester, Hill and Seastrunk are all NFL caliber players. I'd be pleased with any of them.

I don't think they're gonna go two weeks with a 52 man roster.

Frank never counted. We had 54 on the roster with Frank, just 53 active.

I think it should go to Hill. Then cut Folkerts when Alexander comes back.

Fozzy not on IR now, so he's still on 53 man roster.

 

Hardy being exempted means we now have a spot open on the 53 man roster.

Rather see Bersin than Hill at this point get a roster spot.  I don't see us having that many WR's on the 53. The new RB Seastrunk would be nice to see if he's learned the playbook.  Lester for some depth or possibly an OL since we have some on the injury report .
