Hardy on Exempt List

So what do u do when he is found not guilty?

Ohh my bad Greg. $$$ is more important than class. Hope u understand.

You think Hardy give's a sh*t about class?  If he's found not guilty, he gets paid 13 mil to do nothing and then sign another monster deal in 15.  If 'class' was something Hardy had, he wouldn't be in this situation, regardless of if he's guilty or not.

if the court would simply hear the case as soon as possible we could get this all resloved one way or the other. They already had the first trial. how hard is it just do it again with a jury? are the people that organize and schedule the trials conspiring against the Panthers?

6th Amendment

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury"

speedy people

speedy

characterized by speed; rapid; swift; fast.

coming, given, or arrived at quickly or soon; prompt; not delayed

marked by swiftness of motion or action

It's not the "Panthers'" decision to do this.  Only the comish can make the decision, and it's up to the player to accept or not.

I guess I should have been more specific since so many "things" have happened.  I guess if pressed I'd reference the benching of him right before the Lions game because of the intense pressure of last Sundays Sportscenter special.  The one with Hannah Storm crying about her daughter when she explains to her who Greg Hardy is.  That would be where I'd start.  The team caved there.  This didn't just generate at the Exemption List talk.  It has grown over weeks.  So whatever you took as a Panther's decision that I said, I don't know.

If thats the case then half the players in the league dont have class, they just havent been caught yet to justify it. Just because they are given privilege to play in the league doesnt mean they change for the better. Class isnt the problem.

I'm not saying it is.  AKPanther seemed more worried about it than anyone.

The accuser told a tale of some extremely violent encounters.

She said she spoke directly to Roger Goodell about what happened and he promised it would be taken care of.

Marshall only ended up with a one game suspension.  It was pointed out that Michael Vick got a huge suspension for dogfighting.

Damn.  If that holds water, he is as good as gone.

And when this all comes back around that he is innocent? How much press will he get then? Will the talking heads toss that around for weeks since it is a bigger story and more drama? I think not.

I just hope Hardy and the Panthers get retribution from all of these witch hunters.

Lesson to be learned. Stay away from the coke head crazies.
