What we've read, and be told about the exemption list, though, is that once on it, only the Commish can remove you from it.

Have to be honest here.....If I had been accused of what Hardy has been accused of, I wouldn't have a job by the time the sun came up the next morning.

My guess would be less than a week for the trial and verdict and less than another week for sentencing if there is any.
