if the court would simply hear the case as soon as possible we could get this all resloved one way or the other. They already had the first trial. how hard is it just do it again with a jury? are the people that organize and schedule the trials conspiring against the Panthers?

That's what I don't get. The Hardy incident happened what, 6 months ago? Judge found him guilty in July? He appealed for a jury trial, which under NC law made the first ruling as though it had never taken place. He attends training camp, plays in preseason then in the first game. AND NOW, after the Ray Rice thing, he is all of a sudden facing discipline from the team/league? But prior to the Rice issue, nothing? Someone explain that to me. Because if the league didn't punish him in July, why does it suddenly decide to punish him in Sept? Nothing new has happened. No new revelations about what happened has occurred.
