The money is relative.  Hardy is going to lose out on a huge contract because of this.  His next contract will likely be much greater than 13 mil less even if he is found innocent.

I think Hardy is on the exemption list until the NFL formulates and actual course of action with these cases.  Hopefully that comes soon so there is some resolution.
