Hardy doesn't have to agree to anything I do believe..if the team says, he is on then he is on...true or not true? Maybe a grievence through the union?

You can't be put on the list without your permission.

 

He can challenge it if he so desires.

Hire a crazy woman to give false accusations about what happened so that we suspend Hardy for a year while it gets dealt with. When he is ruled innocent, we then 'apologize' by re-signing him to a MUCH smaller deal long term than he would have gotten.

 

It's all about the long term. Gettleman is a genius.

Truer words were never spoken. The Panthers were put in a situation by no fault of their own, where they were screwed no matter which way they went. They were darned if they do,darned if they don't. Hopefully the NFL exemption clause will give them some relief.

The team is getting screwed for what I believe is an unfortunate incident with the worse possible timing. The Comish has has allowed an atmosphere of chaos  break out around the league.
