I've listened to their show a few times and they seemed somewhat reasonable and not promoting a mob mentality that I'm aware off however their station in general shoulders a LOT of the blame.

Most definitely, just refreshing to hear someone call it how they see it.

The best thing I can say today is that ESPN has covered about 1% Hardy and it ALL HAS BEEN about AP...

 

Good for us..

 

We need to be like the 49'rs.

 

They are basically saying FU NFL and public opinion-- we will let the process take its course.

 

And guess who NO ONE is talking about? The 49'rs and McDonald.

The cave-in has already begun. Hardy will soon be place on the exemption list, and won't be eligible to play indefinitely. Here it comes...the PC Train, pulling into the station, running over Hardy in the process. This will come back to haunt us, you realize that, right? Hardy will be released, found not guilty in his jury trial, sign with ATL and terrorize us beginning next year. This sucks.

 

I'm afraid that is the only possible outcome at this point, minus the ATL part. could be any other team.

Hardy's agent Drew Rosenhaus said a decision had been made before leaving the stadium shortly before 1 p.m. in Hardy's white Bentley.

A league source confirmed Hardy's meeting was about going on the exempt list, a move that would follow the Minnesota Vikings' early-morning decision to take the same action with Adrian Peterson. Hardy did not comment as he left the stadium.

By going on the exempt list, Hardy would be deactivated with pay until his domestic violence case is resolved. ... on what amounts to paid leave.

The NFLPA described Peterson’s status as “voluntary leave with pay,” adding the union supports the Vikings’ decision.

The best way to deal with the media is to tell them to fug off. Belichick figured this out years ago. These slimes won't swarm your facility if they think there isn't a story. They aren't all over the 49ers because everyone in the organization has taken a consistent position and stuck by it. Nothing to see here, move on. Meanwhile the panthers did the worst possible thing which was to say nothing all week and then deactivate hardy before kickoff. Then make a bad situation worse by apologizing and appearing weak as hell. Blood in the water, game over. Awesome job by JR and the PR folks who continue to appear incompetent as hell any time there is a public appearance.

With a decision on Greg Hardy’s playing statusimminent, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell might have thought he tied up all his domestic violence loose ends.

So naturally, another one is about to fray.

According to Mike Morris of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, attorney Gloria Allred has called a 3 p.m. press conference where she’ll discuss alleged incidents of abuse by another NFL player.

Allred said in a statement she would be joined by “two individuals who allege that they or a family member were victims of violence and abuse by an NFL player,” and that those two would “discuss how the NFL and Commissioner Goodell failed them.”

There was no information about the identity of the people who’d be talking, or who the player was.

You can practically hear the puckering in New York now.

If they exempt him for 6 games people will want more punishment. Nobody is going to be happy until these guys are all on the 'suspended indefinitely list'.

It's just fugging stupid at this point.
