On a not-totally-unrelated note, I've always wondered how the people who win the lottery run out of money in a couple of years' time. You would think that winning that kind of money (even if it's one of the lower huge jackpots, which are still in the millions) would be able to... I dunno, somehow not spend it all?

 

But I guess after seeing $100k bids for a receipt, I know the answer now. :(
