More like 5 feet and the ball does tend to go over the heads of receivers who get tackled on their way to getting to the ball.

Plus, they play in a crappy division. So 0-2 doesn't mean as much as it would with other teams (though you would still hop/expect them to lose some more the "experts" wouldn't expect them to). Lol

They aren't in our conference so I don't care. I have nada against them until they play the Carolina Panthers.

He's a good young QB and that's that. No he wasn't great tonight. It happens. Wish the eagles would have lost thouh because those are the guys actually in our conference.

you can also point out to them that their 1st R pick (#14 overall) and 2nd Team All-Pro that they let go, age 27 Malcolm Jenkins, got the only INT of Luck today, as well as 6 tackles (#5 on team) and 2 PDs (#1 on team)

Even if there wasn't a hold on that pick, I still think it turns out to be a pick.

 

That DB was coming in HOT where the ball was placed.  I think the no-call was similar to our no-call vs the Pats last year (Keuch on Gronk).

I agree that luck int pass looked like it had nothing but bad things written all over it going into a crowd of 3 or 4 green jerseys. It was imo a high risk- low reward pass in that situation. Colts were up 7 with 5 min to go and were well within fg range to secure two score lead.

Then eagles punch it in and tie it because of the chosen ones illadvised pass. On the ensuing colts possession Gruden starts yapping about lucks clutch comeback abilities while the colts go 3 and out and punt w under 2 min to go.

The end game narrative was "look eagles built for comebacks". You all know what the narrative would be if that was our QB that chocked away a game like that.

I have nothing against luck im just as sick of the blatant favortism and homerism media as everybody else is on this forum. Thanks for letting me have my turn to vent.

He's not the greatest quarterback on the planet like Mike Greenberg called him. Everyone wants to put him in the same class as Peyton Manning and Tom Brady when he just isn't right now. He's a good quarterback with a lot of potential, but he's not a top 5 quarterback.
