Rant Incoming. 

 

I moved to Blacksburg, VA in July. My apartment complex has a contract with AM3. I have literally had NON-STOP issues with this company. While I am supposed to be getting 30 mbps download speed, my internet never reaches those speeds and furthermore, during peak hours, I find myself getting 0.10 mbps. I have spent so many fuging hours calling and emailing people. I have contacted my leasing company. I have even talked to the mother fuging CEO of the company. 

 

Today they called to yet again try and boost my speeds. Somehow they made a horrible situation worse, and now my wifi doesn't work at all. 

 

I'm literally so exhausted and honestly depressed from dealing with this problem. 

 

NEVER EVER EVER deal with this company unless you absolutely have to, and for the love of god if anyone has any advice hit met with it.
