Well he was scrutinized all to hell in Philly. He isn't really vocal publicly. He resurrected his career here with the help of Rivera. He learned behind Jim Johnson who never took on a HC job. He has a nice thing going on here.

He has at least some interested, as he interviewed for HC positions before our playoff game last year.

Jim Johnson was great, therein lies Gingers genius in scheming.  Moreso than Rivera in my opinion
