Lets assume he did throw her on a bed full of Guns and lets assume she showed up at 4am high on cocaine attacking him, women scorned etc.

She wasnt hurt and in anyway comparable to Ray Rice knockout. In fact its a Misdemenor not Felony charge. Should a first time misdemenor offender in a woman scorned scenario never play football again?

I do not worship on the altar of sports. I'm against domestic abuse even if the abuser is a member of my favorite sports team. The fact remains, he was found guilty.

the actual Fact is the trial and verdict were nullified.

Hardy is not appealing a guilty verdict, he iz standing jury trial for first time

Jonathan Banks was also found guilty but four years later oh wait, he was declared innocent. That's why everyone is saying let him have his "fair" trial before rushing to judgement.

I don't either.  The trial still never happened.  See if you can find any legal documentation on the guilty verdict.

That's not at all what I'm saying.

Nice bro, you 'win'.  Doesn't change the fact that he has a right to a jury, deal with it.

You are correct sir, he does have that right.. And society has every right to believe he is an abuser of women based on his original guilty verdict.  NC's fugged up laws be damned
