I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but something tells me that we're in for a let down. The Steelers are going to be fired up and while their O-line is a dumpster fire, they are the most physical team we have played this season. 21-17 Steelers.

Definitely understand what you're saying, but I hope you're wrong.

 

Personally I think we win by a couple of scores, but it's the NFL. Anything's possible.

I was just getting ready to say:  It's the NFL. There are no "bad" teams.  Any given Sunday.  Anything can happen.

 

That being said, maybe we're ready to take that next step.  In college basketball for example, what do the truly great teams do when they play a team they are favored to beat by 30?  They win by 40.

 

I say we're ready to take that next step to greatness. We're ready to be spoken about in the same breath as the supposed NFL elite, Patriots and Broncos and Seahawks and such.

Roethlisberger is a better QB than Stafford. He will escape pressure and make plays downfield. I don't expect the Panthers D to hold the Steelers to 7 points, but I don't expect a high scoring affair either. Carolina builds and early lead, but holds off a late Pittsburgh rally.
